Fees

For more information on accepted insurances, you may contact us and we will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have. If we do not currently accept your insurance but you feel that we are a good therapeutic fit to work together, call your insurance company to inquire about reimbursement for out-of-network therapy services. These benefits allow you to see us as an out of network provider, pay the session fees out of pocket, and then be reimbursed a portion of the fee by your insurance company. Please remember that health insurance plans and Out of Network Benefits vary.

Our self-pay rate for telemental health is the same as the in person session rate of $180 for each individual session.

  • $250 Individual Initial Assessment
  • $180 Individual Therapy
  • $395 Couples’ Initial Assessment
  • $325 Couples Therapy

Payment Options

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Health Savings, and Flexible Spending Accounts.

Credit card charges for insurance copayments or session fees are processed at the time of service using the credit card that you selected to be on file with our office.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. If you miss an appointment or do not provide sufficient notice, you will be responsible for the entire amount of the session fee.
